Zack joined our team in 2020. He came to us with a wealth of boating experience. He has grown up in East TN fishing, doing watersports, and hunting all of the waterways around the southeast. Zacks boating experience and knowledge helps him guide our customers to the boat that fits their needs and helps him build long lastng customer relationships. Our sales team completely embraces the culture of Educate, Explore, and Experience with our customers!

Jordan is the son of our GM Ron Hamby. He grew up here in East TN and was around boats and the marine industy throughout his life. In 2020 he came to us and wanted to join the team. We challenged him to develop his product knowledge and he has been a HUGE asset to our team. Call Jordan for any question you may have related to Bennington or Regal boats! Ron has been a part of the Blue Springs Boat Company team since 2010. He has spent his whole career in the marine industry in some capacity. He's done it all over the years and with his experience he is an incredibly valuable part of our team. He handles everything that needs to be done and makes sure that sales team is doing everything they can help you get on the water.

Mark is our Service Manager and he has moved up through the ranks with us over the years. He started with us in 2018 as a technician and has continued to gain knowledge, and educate himself. His dedication to development helps us continue to grow together.

Jacob joined our team in 2019. He holds certifications from Yamaha, Volvo, Bennington, Regal, and more. Jacob also is EXCELLENT at new boat deliveries because he is so knowledgable about the boats. He has been a technician for over 12 years, and is intergral part of our team.

Brandon has been around the automotive and marine industry his entire life. He was a welcome addition to the Blue Springs Team and we have watched him grow into an excellent technician. Brandon is always ready to jump in and help out.
Teddy Haywood

Teddy started at Blue Springs Boat Company in 2001. In October of 2007 Teddy and his wife Stephanie purchased the dealership. Teddy has experience in all aspects of marine industry. With his leadership Blue Springs has become TN's home for Bennington and Regal boats, and consistently peforms in the top 1% of CSI scores nationwide. When Teddy was asked they have acheived this success he gave all of the credit to the team he has behind him. "It's our team that makes all of this possible!"
